The Different Faces of Endurance

I want to show you my cute little pumpkin!

Here he is on the ventilator two weeks ago. He loved to hold his breathing tube!

Here he's graduated to his CPAP!  Isn't he cute!!!!

He got an upgrade on his bed....a crib!  It's big for this little guy.

Endurance having one of his breaks off of the CPAP with just a little extra oxygen.  The yellow tube coming out of his nose is his feeding tube.  His forehead has a reddish mark on it due to the tight-fitting straps for the CPAP.  That's why his eyes are puffy as well.

David, Noah, and I enjoying a CPAP break

It looks like I'm telling him about the hospital bill, but I'm really telling him about his brothers and sisters!!!

Thank you for your continued prayers for Endurance.  He has a long way to go, but it's a step in the right direction by having him breathe without the use of the ventilator!

  1. Thank you for posting up pictures of Endurance! He is so adorable, and his eyes are beautiful! I will continue to pray for him.

  2. I love the pictures they are wonderful! Glory to God that he has been so wonderful! :)

    Love & Blessings

  3. Thank you for posting photos of your precious little guy- it's so nice to see who we've been praying for all this time and it helped my smaller children understand more and ask questions. He is absolutely a beautiful baby and we are all rejoicing in the little baby steps he's making.

  4. I love the pictures! He is so cute! It is great to see his siblings around him as well as you being able to hold him.

  5. God bless you all! You continue in our prayers daily! Praise Him for His continued mercy and the blessing of being able to hold Endurance. He is so cute!

  6. I was going to say he's so cute, he looks like me, but I don't think my cousinship extends that far.

    Thanks for posting pictures.

Blessings to you and Endurance, Love y'all,

    May Gods wonders never cease.

  7. Hi Endurance!
I am a friend of your Mommy and Daddy's, and I have met most of your sisters and brothers. You have a Great family!!

I have been praying for you even before you were born. I remember one day putting my hands on you while you were still in your mommys tummy and asking God to watch over you. After you were born, I got to come to your room and visit. I have to tell you, in spite of all the adornment you have, you are one handsome little guy! And I am impressed with what a fighter you are. I know you have some long talks with your parents and they are keeping you strong with their love for you. Plus, God is watching over you to help you keep up the good fight.

Your parents are the best earthly shepards a little guy could ask for. You are so blessed to have them. I am promising to continue praying for you everyday! Tell Mommy and Daddy I said Hi and I send my love to you and them. *Hugs*

  8. What a beautiful boy! We are praying for you, even my 5 littles! Bless you amazing mother! Alida w5
